We're working with a globally recognised engineering and automotive organisation seeking a passionate Technical Trainer to deliver engaging hands-on and classroom-based training courses from their Warwick site. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from an automotive background who enjoys developing others, sharing technical knowledge, and working within a close-knit, energetic team.
You could currently be an Automotive Trainer or a skilled mechanic/vehicle technician looking to transition into training and teaching. Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for the automotive sector are key.
Requirements:
- Automotive industry background essential
- Experience as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, Master Tech or Automotive Trainer
- Confident delivering training or keen to move into a training role
- Full right to work in the UK without sponsorship
- Positive attitude with strong team collaboration skills
Package:
- £36,000-£40,000 salary
- 8% bonus
