About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Team Leader to oversee a team of approximately 10 draughtspersons based in Brentwood, Essex. This office-based role focuses on managing the team, reviewing and signing off technical drawings, and ensuring seamless communication with internal stakeholders. You'll play a key role in maintaining high standards and driving the success of the drafting department.
Requirements
- Leadership experience, preferably within a technical or construction environment.
- Knowledge of construction or design principles (HNC or higher preferred but not essential).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to review technical drawings accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with internal teams.
- Proactive and organised, with a collaborative approach.
The Package
- Salary: £60,000-£65,000.
