Technical Director- Building Management Systems (BMS)
Our client is seeking an experienced Technical BMS Director to lead their Building Management System (BMS) team. The ideal candidate should have experience of developing, implementing, and managing BMS solutions for commercial and industrial facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the BMS team, including strategy, design, development, and maintenance of our BMS solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage BMS solutions for commercial and industrial facilities.
- Oversee the technical aspects of the BMS team, including strategy, design, development, and maintenance.
- Manage and lead the BMS team to ensure the delivery of high-quality BMS solutions on time and within budget.
- Ensure that BMS solutions meet the technical requirements of our clients, and comply with industry standards and regulations.
- BMS focused qualification or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
- Experience in BMS solutions development, implementation, and management.
- Proven track record of successful BMS project delivery.
- Strong technical knowledge of BMS technology, including control systems, sensors, data acquisition systems, and building automation systems.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including ASHRAE, IEEE, and NIST.
