· £30,000 to £33,000pa plus £5k OTE, 2 days Work From Home, 3 days in office

Role & Company:

The purpose of the job is to look after, develop, grow, and retain sales of Cleaning, Hygiene and Healthcare products, from existing Customers, as well as winning brand-new Customers. It is also a Team Leader role that will require coaching and training your peers in this department to maximise performance from the rest of the team and help to develop their sales techniques. The role is telephone/computer based, as well as using email, social media, teams, zoom. From time to time, you may be required to visit larger customers face to face.

Responsibilities:

· Help train and develop existing Internal Sales colleagues especially with sales techniques and objective setting, so knowledge of the sales cycle is important.(10% of the role).

· Target and develop additional sales from all your own allocated Customers to exceed company targets. (60% of the role).

· Win new business from new Customers within agreed sectors and guidelines in line with company targets, using "cold calling" and other methods such as social media targeting. (30% of the role).

· Use data analysis to highlight opportunities in new categories and identify any lost business and similarly assist the Internal Sales team to use the data to set their objectives.

· To generate new business sales appointments for Field Sales on larger opportunities and lead by example with new business sales calling.

· To cover Customer Service inbound calls during peak periods and when Customer Services are unavailable.

Requirements

· Right to Work in the UK.

· Min. 2 yrs experience in a cold calling, call centre, telesales environment.

· Open to various sector /industry experience.

· A strong drive to pursue new sales opportunities.

· Exceptional customer service

· IT Proficiency

Salary & Package:

· £30,000 to £33,000 per annum, plus £5k OTE plus £50 per meetings booked & attended by the Field Sales.

· 23 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
