We are partnering with an exciting, market-leading events business to find a Delegate Sales Team Leader who will help shape the future of their sales strategy, inspire a high-performing team, and deliver outstanding results.

With over 5 years of delegate sales experience and 2+ years in a management role, you'll bring the expertise and leadership required to drive success. If you're ready to take on a challenge and be part of an industry-leading company, this opportunity is for you!

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage a talented delegate sales team, ensuring top performance, meeting KPIs, and achieving monthly and annual targets.
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive delegate registrations for high-profile events.
  • Mentor and coach your team to maximise their potential and foster a high-energy, motivated culture.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across marketing, event production, and senior management to align sales efforts with the overall business strategy.
  • Analyse sales data, track performance, and implement strategies for continual improvement and increased sales conversion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key partners, ensuring high-quality delegate engagement and satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of delegate sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets in a competitive, high-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a sales team to achieve their best.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • A strategic, data-driven mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and implement effective solutions.
  • Passion for the events industry, with a keen eye for emerging trends and new opportunities.
