Surgical Field Based Role

Salary: £35,000 - 50,000 + £15-20,000 OTE + £520 monthly car allowance (potentially a car)

Our client is an award winning supplier of orthopaedic implants, recognised for their incisionless surgeries and known for collaborating with other R&D companies to manufacturer contemporary devices. This is a great opportunity for clinicians with surgical experience to break into the commercial world or medical sales reps wanting to break into orthopaedics. We are looking for candidates happy to work in theatre daily.

THE ROLE: As Territory Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and developing strong relationships within theatre and procurement environments. Key stakeholders include surgeons, consultants, theatre nurses, ODPs, sisters.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving sales growth and expanding market share.
  • Delivering product training and demonstrations.
  • Promoting innovative solutions that bring genuine patient and NHS benefits. You'll receive comprehensive training to ensure you're equipped to succeed in this dynamic field.

THE COMPANY: This long-established independent organisation provide a range of implants, screws, staples and ancillaries that are used in hand, wrist, ankle and foot surgery - including a new product with genuine patient and NHS benefits. They have refined their orthopaedic range to offer customers some of the most up to date upper and lower limb devices. Our client is focused on customer satisfaction, providing innovative products for a lasting partnership with the NHS and private sectors.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidates must know the hospital environment very well - ideally have stable and successful track record in clinical sales
  • Alternatively be in another clinical domain with strong orthopaedic knowledge.
  • You must have a full driving license and be happy to work in theatre environments daily.
