Surgical Sales Specialist - OTE £90K+

THE COMPANY: Turning over circa £3 billion, they are experiencing exceptional growth with revenues increasing year-on-year and continued investment in their people, R&D, and new product development. THE ROLE:

  • Driving new business and managing key accounts across both NHS and private hospitals.
  • Your primary stakeholders will include surgeons, consultants, theatre managers, theatre nurses, and procurement teams.
  • You will promote and sell a leading portfolio of extremity & trauma products hand/wrist/foot and ankle for soft tissue repair
  • Strong emphasis on both expanding existing accounts and developing new opportunities within operating theatres.
  • Comprehensive product training will be provided, and the role offers strong, achievable earning potential.

Given the demands of the theatre environment, flexibility is essential - this is not a typical 9-to-5 position. In return, the bonus structure is highly rewarding, offering excellent incentives for committed, high-performing individuals.

You'll have full autonomy over your customers thanks to their hands-off management style micro-management isn't in the company's vocabulary!

The Package for the Territory Manager:

· Guaranteed salary up to £64K - depending on experience.

· Bonus: £30,000 uncapped
