Support Engineer (Motors)
Our client, a leading supplier of motors for automated doors and gates in the UK. This role is a Monday - Friday position 8:30-5:30 and is office based.
Role Responsibilities:
- Remote Fault Finding: Apply expertise in electromechanical systems to remotely diagnose and resolve technical issues with motor products.
- Customer Support: Deliver professional and timely advice to end customers, ensuring their needs are met, and technical challenges are addressed effectively.
- Liaison: Communicate with customers in a courteous and professional manner, building strong relationships while representing the company's commitment to excellence.
- Documentation: Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and guides to facilitate customer understanding and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Engineer with a focus on electromechanical systems.
- Experience in remote fault finding.
- Knowledge of motors, drives and controls for automated doors and gates is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical information and support to customers.
- Demonstrate a customer-focused approach with a dedication to providing outstanding support and building positive relationships.
- Full right to work in the UK. My client can't offer sponsorship.
