THE ROLE: The successful Strategic Account Manager will be winning, managing and developing relationships at the most senior level within the NHS from a decision-making perspective - typically directors, heads of service, commissioners, heads of transformation etc. A real focus will be on patient pathways and influencing strategy, formulary inclusions and bulk purchasing deals. They supply a range of wound care, debridement, bandaging and compression hosiery for use within community and hospital environments and continued growth and expansion means that they are seeking to recruit a commercially focused, strategic healthcare sales professional to help influence senior NHS teams and procurement within the North East area (some time spent in Scotland).

THE REQUIREMENTS: Due to the specialist nature of the role, wound care sales experience is necessary to be considered. Experience dealing with stakeholders at a senior level will enhance your application. Also a full driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points

THE PACKAGE FOR STRATEGIC ACCOUNT MANAGER:

  • Basic: £57-62k
  • Bonus: £12k
  • Car: Fully expensed company car or £780 pm car allowance
