Sponsorship Sales Manager

The Role:

An exciting opportunity for a driven Sponsorship Sales Manager to join a growing B2B media and events business. You'll be responsible for selling sponsorship packages across a portfolio of industry-leading international conferences. These events span sectors such as Defence and Aerospace, Pharmaceutical and Medical - bringing together senior decision-makers and experts from around the world.

As a Sponsorship Sales Manager, your focus will be on high-value deals, selling tailored sponsorship options like keynote speaking slots, brand activations, and exhibition opportunities. You'll work directly with senior-level stakeholders, building lasting relationships and creating bespoke proposals that align with sponsor goals.

You'll be joining a collaborative sales team that values energy, accountability, and ambition. Full training is provided, along with the opportunity to progress quickly if you show consistent results and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

* Sell high-value sponsorship packages to senior stakeholders (often C-level)

* Build and nurture relationships with new and returning sponsors

* Conduct market research to identify new leads across key sectors

* Develop proposals that align with sponsor objectives and event content

* Attend events internationally to support delivery and strengthen partnerships

* Maintain accurate pipeline activity using internal CRM systems

To be considered for the Sponsorship Sales Manager role:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B events sponsorship sales

* A confident communicator with a consultative sales style

* Target-driven and commercially motivated

* Strong ability to understand client needs and translate into compelling proposals

* Resilient, coachable, and eager to grow within a high-performance sales culture

The Package for Sponsorship Sales Manager:

* Basic salary: £50,000 - £55,000 (dependent on experience)

* £110,000+ uncapped OTE, paid monthly

* 25 days holiday + bank holidays

Location: London Bridge - office based with international travel
