The Role
* Specification sales role covering London and the South East.
* Develop relationships with architects, consultants and design teams to secure product specifications.
* Identify opportunities within residential and modern building projects early in the design process.
* Provide technical guidance on ventilation and solar shading solutions.
* Work closely with internal sales and technical teams to support projects from specification through to completion.
Requirements
* Experience in specification sales within building products, HVAC, mechanical or electrical solutions.
* Comfortable working with architects, consultants and design professionals.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to manage a regional territory.
Package
* £45,000 - £55,000 basic salary
* £10,000 uncapped bonus potential
* Car allowance
* 28 days annual leave
