Are you an experienced specification sales professional with a proven track record in the construction sector? We're seeking a Specification Sales Representative to join a leading provider of waterproofing and air tightness membranes, focusing on commercial projects throughout Leinster, with a strong emphasis on Dublin.
About the Role:
You will be selling waterproofing and air-tightness membranes for large-scale commercial building projects within the construction sector. This is a busy role and a fast-paced company, so you must be self-sufficient and have a strong track record of success in specification sales. Some of the duties will include..
- Developing and maintaining relationships with architects, specifiers, and other stakeholders.
- Delivering engaging CPD presentations to drive product specification.
- Identifying opportunities within commercial construction projects and securing specifications.
Who We're Looking For:
We're looking for a results-oriented professional with:
- Specification sales experience in the construction sector is essential
- A strong background in conducting CPDs with architects and influencing key decision-makers.
- Experience in waterproofing is ideal but not essential; expertise in related areas such as roofing, cladding, facades, or insulation will also be considered.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- A base in Leinster, with a focus on Dublin.
