The Company
An established Irish manufacturer with facilities based in Ireland, supplying a premium, sustainable product range into the residential construction sector. With ambitious expansion plans and increasing demand driven by energy regulations and green building standards, they are strengthening their commercial team.
The Role
As Specification Sales Manager, you will:
- Work closely with developers, specifiers, contractors & self-builders
- Manage projects from initial specification to completion
- Provide technical and commercial input on bespoke solutions
- Develop long-term relationships across residential construction
- Cover a West of Ireland & Midlands territory
This is a consultative, project-driven role where no two projects are the same.
About You
You will likely have:
- Experience in construction or technical project-based sales
- Exposure to residential developers or contractors
- Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills
- Confidence presenting technical solutions
- A proactive, self-motivated approach
Specification experience is ideal, but site-level contractor sales experience is also highly relevant.

- Base Salary: €65,000 - €75,000
- Bonus: 10-20%
