Salary: £70-80K basic + 30% OTE

We are looking for sales team managers with market access level experience within the healthcare market. You must have experience managing direct reports as well as patient pathways, strategy and multi-level complex sales processes.

THE ROLE: Based around London/Greater London area, the successful Transformation Lead will be working at C-level within ICS, NHSE, with commissioners, clinical leads and heads of departments, as well as coaching and managing a regional sales team in the South. Working within this specialist business unit and in partnership with a wide range of clinical and commercial stakeholders, this exciting new opportunity is a unique and challenging role - critical to further success and expansion within renal care and peritoneal dialysis. Full company and product training will be provided and career and earning prospects are very attractive.

The package for Transformation Manager: -

  • Basic: £70,000-£80,000
  • Commission: 30% of basic salary
