We are looking for high performing medical reps with a stable track record and proven sales achievements! The ideal candidate will have renal care/dialysis experience and/or sold a premium product via clinical evidence.

The Job: As Business Development Manager in the South, the successful candidate will enjoy a challenging, yet rewarding role – tasked with growing their account base, identifying new business opportunities, winning and growing key clinical and commercial relationships within hospitals.

You will sell capital equipment and consumables used for dialysis within renal centres across Southern England. Contact level will be consultants, ITU nurses, renal specialist nurses and procurement in the main, promoting the clinical features and benefits of the portfolio. You will be representing premium products, twice as expensive but emulates the kidney filter process better than all competitor products! This business development role will work alongside a clinical specialist supporting you with training, trials and implementation.

Requirements of the job:

  • Candidates must have a proven, stable track record selling medical devices into hospitals
  • Hunter salesperson, proactive and commercially minded
  • Ideally with a “multi-level stakeholder” element to the sales process
  • Full driving licence
  • Ideally ABPI qualified, it not you must pass within 2 years
  • Hunter mentality, confident and proactive salesperson

The Package for Business Development Manager:

  • Basic: £40,000 to £50,000
  • Bonus: 30% uncapped OTE
  • Car: Fully expensed company car or £700 per month allowance
