The Company
Our client is a growing and forward‑thinking organisation operating within the retrofit and building upgrade sector, delivering energy‑efficiency projects across residential and multi‑unit developments. With increasing demand for heat pump and retrofit installations, they are continuing to expand their site delivery team.
Due to this continued growth, our client is now seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team, based in Dublin.
The Role
The successful candidate will take responsibility for supervising day‑to‑day site operations across multiple retrofit projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This is a hands‑on role, working closely with subcontractors, installers, and the project management team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising on‑site retrofit and installation works, including heat pumps and building upgrades
- Coordinating subcontractors and trades across multiple active sites
- Ensuring works are carried out in line with project specifications and timelines
- Monitoring site progress and reporting updates to the project management team
- Maintaining high standards of quality control across all installations
- Enforcing health & safety procedures and ensuring full site compliance
- Troubleshooting on‑site issues and ensuring timely resolution
- Supporting project delivery through to completion
Projects are primarily based in and around the Dublin area.
The Candidate
Our client is seeking a Site Supervisor with:
- A background in construction, mechanical, roofing, or retrofit environments
- Previous site supervision or foreman experience
- Strong experience managing subcontractors and trades on site
- Exposure to installation‑focused projects (heat pumps experience advantageous)
- A hands‑on approach with strong problem‑solving ability
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of site activities
- Full driving licence
- Ideally based within commuting distance of Dublin, Kildare, Louth, or Meath
This role is well suited to someone who enjoys being on site, leading teams, and ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard.
Package
Our client offers a competitive and attractive package, including:
