Location: Dublin | Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: €50,000-€70,000 DOE

The Role
As Site Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of construction projects in Dublin, working closely with site and project teams.
- Setting out works from drawings, surveys and as‑built information
- Reading and interpreting drawings, specifications and layouts
- Coordinating subcontractors and direct labour on site
- Planning works to meet programme and delivery targets
- Liaising with the Project Manager, design team and client representatives
- Ensuring works meet the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance
- Managing materials, records and site documentation
This is a hands‑on Site Engineer role with real ownership on live projects.
The Person
This role is open to a range of suitable backgrounds to broaden appeal.
- Degree‑qualified in Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Typically 2-3+ years' post‑qualification experience, but strong alternatives considered
- Backgrounds may include Site Engineer, Junior Engineer, Graduate Engineer stepping up
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, organised and quality‑focused
- Confident working as part of a site team
- Full driving licence required
