Service Sales Consultant
The Role: BMS are recruiting for a new Service Sales Consultant for a market leading organisation in the lift & escalator industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for upselling service and maintenance contracts across the Kent and Sussex region. Selling directly to end users, you also prospect new business (40% of the time), targeting any business with an existing lift or escalator such as: retailers, commercial buildings, education, healthcare etc. Contacting facilities or building management companies, you will deal with property managers, estate agents, procurement and business owners. This role is split between 60% account management with 40% from new business. To be considered for this role you must have strong commercial awareness, ideally you have sold a service or contractual type solution, but this must have been business to business.

For this role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
· Must have B2B field sales experience
· Account management & new business background, strong relationship builder
· Deal with decision makers at all levels
· A track record of results visibly clear on CV
· Driving License
Package: £38,000-£45,000 basic DOE plus £10k-15k uncapped OTE year 1, 25 days holiday, contributory pension scheme, company car OR car allowance
