Market leading, multinational contractor, specialising in traffic management, are seeking a Service Manager in Dublin.


Our client is a large multi-national who specialises in providing innovative technology led solutions. With offices across the world in Europe, the US and South America and an employee headcount in the thousands, our client has established themselves as a market leader over their many decades. Focusing on designing, implementing, and maintaining their wide range of engineering solutions for traffic management, our client is known for their reliability, and innovation. Due to their growing portfolio of projects, they are currently seeking a Service Manager in Dublin to join their well-established team and help grow their business.


The successful applicant will mainly be based in the Dublin office with the following duties:

  • Be the main point of contact on maintenance contracts, liaising with clients and scheduling maintenance works.
  • Manage a team of roughly 25 people including electricians, Gen Ops, programmers, and technicians.
  • Manage and arrange all training, PPE, stock controls in vans, and timesheets.
  • Budget preparation and control.


We are looking to speak to those from the following backgrounds:

  • Must have multiple years of experience managing a large team.
  • Ideally you will have service/maintenance team management but will consider installation management experience.
  • Ideally be electrically qualified, but relevant experience will trump this.


  • Salary: 60-65k DOE Up to 68k for those with over 5 years' service manager exp.
