Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

My client specialises in advanced, energy-efficient cooling solutions for data centers and server rooms. They create products that enhance the cooling efficiency and reduces energy consumption. They provide innovative, sustainable technologies to a global clientele, optimising data center performance whilst minimising their environmental impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop cooling systems within the product portfolio.
* Use CAD software for sheet metal design.
* Create drawings and designs from customer specifications, including bespoke orders.
* Support Junior members within the team by sharing Design and Engineering expertise.
* Contribute with Engineering and Design knowledge to develop innovative cooling product designs for Data centers.
* Collaborate with Design and R&D teams to refine designs.
Key Requirements:
* Degree in Mechanical Design Engineering.
* Experience with CAD software.
* Experience working within Data center Industry very beneficial.
* HVAC, Thermal management or other cooling design experience required.
* Versatile and a team player.
