Senior Marketing Manager: An innovative B2B company focused on tangible products, seeking a marketing leader with both strategic vision and hands-on execution to drive global marketing initiatives. You will manage a team of three to oversee the execution of the product roadmap for EMEA, reporting directly to the EMEA marketing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and execute EMEA marketing campaigns across product launches, sales support, and customer loyalty initiatives

· Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive growth and engagement - online and offline with collaboration from wider marketing team.

· Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals

· Ensure Brand compliance and consistency

· Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies to achieve objectives

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business goals

· Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful campaign delivery

Job Requirements for Senior Marketing Manager:

This role is ideal for a senior marketing professional ready to take the next step into a leadership / Head of Marketing role.

· 8-10 years' marketing experience, direct and digital within B2B tangible products

· Previous international experience desirable

· Full-mix marketing experience: customer loyalty, sales support, product introduction

· Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities

· Direct marketing experience

· Strong leadership and team management skills

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
