Role responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of compelling content across email campaigns, websites, brochures, and social media.
  • Act as the voice and storyteller for campaigns, ensuring messaging cuts through and reflects brand tone.
  • Own social media strategy and execution, including content planning, scheduling, performance analysis, and growth.
  • Manage CRM and marketing automation activity to support targeted email campaigns, landing pages, and lead generation.
  • Project manage sponsored and partner campaigns from planning through to reporting and optimisation.
  • Maintain and update websites using CMS platforms to ensure accuracy and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with editorial, marketing, and events teams to align content with audience needs.
  • Manage external suppliers and identify new media or event partnerships to extend reach.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide insights to continuously improve engagement and results.

Candidate background

  • 2-3 years' experience in marketing, communications, journalism, or content-led roles.
  • Strong passion for content marketing, storytelling, and high-quality copywriting.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail and brand voice.
  • Confident managing social media platforms and digital content formats.
  • Comfortable learning and using CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and CMS platforms.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Curious mindset with an interest in understanding complex B2B industries.
