Role responsibilities
- Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, social, and digital channels.
- Write, edit, and optimise compelling marketing copy aligned to brand value propositions.
- Manage email and social media calendars, ensuring consistent and effective campaign execution.
- Support audience growth strategies focused on increasing subscriptions, engagement, and content consumption.
- Collaborate with content and events teams to drive registrations for virtual and in-person events.
- Maintain and update website content in line with campaign activity.
- Support digital advertising activity, including LinkedIn campaigns and audience targeting.
- Manage campaign timelines and coordination using project management tools.
- Ensure CRM data accuracy and support marketing automation initiatives.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide data-led insights to internal teams and clients.
Candidate background / the right fit
- 2+ years' experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on email and social campaigns.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Confident managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of lead generation and audience nurturing strategies.
- Experience using marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn advertising and audience targeting tools.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and optimise activity.
