Role responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns for a defined event or portfolio.
- Translate high-level strategy into clear, actionable campaign plans and timelines.
- Deliver campaigns on time, on budget, and against agreed performance targets.
- Optimise campaign performance using data, insights, and continuous testing.
- Oversee content delivery across email, web, social, paid media, and partnerships.
- Own email marketing performance, including segmentation, automation, and optimisation.
- Manage website content and digital performance with a focus on UX and SEO.
- Act as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned events.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Deliver post-event reporting with clear insights and recommendations.
Candidate background / the right fit
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within B2B or events.
- Proven experience running multi-channel campaigns end to end.
- Strong project management and prioritisation skills.
- Confident communicator with experience managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent copywriting and content oversight capabilities.
- Solid understanding of email marketing, CRM systems, and performance metrics.
- Commercially minded, data-driven, and focused on continuous improvement.
- Calm, collaborative, and solutions-oriented working style.
- Experience with marketing platforms such as HubSpot or digital campaign tools is desirable.
