Senior Business Development Representative
The Role:
An exciting full-time, permanent opportunity for a Senior Business Development Representative to take ownership of 4-5 key client accounts within a dynamic B2B business development and marketing agency. You'll be the main point of contact, responsible for executing account strategies that generate and nurture commercial opportunities. Using tailored marketing collateral, you'll arrange meetings, nurture leads, and drive prospects through the sales pipeline until they're ready to buy, alongside the opportunity to be fast-tracked into a Team Leader position.
As Senior Business Development Representative, you will build and maintain targeted prospect lists aligned with client ideal customer profiles, employing a multi-channel approach across LinkedIn, phone, and personalised email outreach. You'll also attend high-profile client events held at prestigious venues, researching prospects' challenges and crafting relevant messaging to open meaningful dialogues.
This role involves proactive client communication, accurate CRM management, and collaborating closely with the Strategy Director and Communications Manager to identify new opportunities and data insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as day-to-day lead for multiple client accounts, managing strategy and delivery
- Coach and support junior team members across shared projects
- Drive attendance to client events and webinars via LinkedIn, phone, and email
- Build advanced prospect lists on LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Deliver multi-touch outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, phone, and email
- Attend and represent clients at events in London and beyond
- Support wider business development initiatives and client strategy
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report regularly on activity and outcomes
- Work closely with senior team members to refine target lists and messaging
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a phone based B2B Sales, Business Development, SDR, or BDR role
- Proven confidence in phone-based prospecting and outreach
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Commercially minded with a passion for hitting targets
- Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
The Package:
- £35,000 - £38,000 basic salary
- £15,000 OTE with uncapped monthly commission paid monthly with quarterly bonuses!
