Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the laundry, cleaning, or a related industry. You will be responsible for driving growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding their market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Create and implement strategic business development plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
A proven track record in business development within the laundry, cleaning, or a related industry is essential
Understanding of a service model contract & pricing negotiations
Prior channel experience selling to customers within either the hospitality, healthcare or public sector
Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
