· Bonus: £16,000 - £20,000 OTE (uncapped)

The Role: A well-established name in the events industry is looking for a "sales machine" (otherwise known as a Senior Business Development Manager) to join their exciting event portfolio. Utilising years of sales experience, sales knowledge and sales success, the Senior Business Development Manager will drive new business acquisitions and manage spending accounts. Able to handle common key sales objections, fact find and effectively close business, the SBDM will be instrumental in the event's growth and will be in a key figure for up and coming sales professionals to look up to!

The Progression: Led by a subject matter expert of a manager, the Senior business Development Manager only needs to bring their sales passion and sales success to this role and the company will fill in the rest! Teaching you the industry, the successful Senior Business Development Manager will be promoted into a higher earning sales role, benefiting from even more uncapped commission than before!

Requirements: To be a Senior Business Development Manager in this exciting, well-established, and fast-growing company, you must have:

· 5+ years of consistent B2B sales success

· Hunger and drive to continue to succeed in a new business and account management role.

· Experience in both new business and account management sales is essential

· Experience in events and media is not needed!
