- Selling event sponsorship, digital advertising, and sponsored content across a legal event and B2B media portfolio
- Targeting law firms and legal service providers (e.g. Legal Saas, BI/research firms, consultancies)
- Driving new business acquisition (30%) and overseeing the growth and renewal of key existing accounts (70%) - The Senior Business Development Manager will inherit 50 of the largest accounts
The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced events or media salesperson to inherit a lucrative account base, including global law firms and legal service providers, with a focus on driving revenue through selling various cross-media solutions. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
The Senior Business Development Manager will be focussed on generating revenue within a portfolio of existing client relationships through a combination of up-selling, cross-selling and renewals, as well as sourcing new logo opportunities through self-generated prospecting. A key aspect of this position is to develop long-term, strategic relationships with clients to understand future marketing objectives and tailor suitable packages of media or sponsorship solutions.

Requirements: For this Senior Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience within the events or digital media industry - background selling event sponsorship packages, digital ads, content marketing solutions
- Previous account management experience - growth and renewal of existing B2B client relationships
- A proactive, switched-on, and solution-orientated salesperson who is confident running the entire sales cycle from lead-gen to close.
