Senior BDM - Ocean & Air Freight
Location: Commutable to Warrington | Hybrid (1-2 days office)
Package: Up to £80,000 basic + £14,000 OTE uncapped, Year 1
A fast-growing, global logistics business is seeking an entrepreneurial freight sales professional to drive 100% new business across the North.

What you'll do:
- Win new ocean (and air) freight business across retail, ecommerce, electronics, aerospace and more
- Sell into senior stakeholders (Supply Chain Directors, COOs, CFOs, etc.)
- Deliver £200k+ new GP annually
- Undertake occasional international travel
What you'll need:
- 3+ years' ocean freight sales experience is a must (air also considered)
- Ideally from a smaller forwarder where autonomy is standard
- Confident, self-driven, entrepreneurial approach
Package:
- Up to £80k base salary
- £14k+ OTE (uncapped)
- £500/month car allowance
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays

- Commission: 7% in Year 1, 5% in Year 2, 3% in Year 3+
