Senior Business Development Manager - (Hybrid - London, West Kensington office 3 days per week)
The Role: This is an outstanding opportunity for a creative and energetic Senior Business Development Manager to join our client; a long established, highly ambitious business that provides their clients with invaluable data & customer market insights. As a Senior Account Executive within this ambitious and dedicated sales team, you will be at the forefront of building the businesses already enviable client base, leading the way in seeking out potential new target clients and decision makers, and bringing them on board.
You will need to be structured and efficient in your approach, working tirelessly not only on developing relationships with potential new clients externally, but also your internal team as you will be working closely with a team of Account Managers who will take over the on-going management of the clients once on boarded. The team operate in a collaborative and constructive way and are highly supportive of one another so the working environment is 2nd to none.
You will be dealing with businesses of all sizes, across multiple different vertical markets including Retail, Financial Services, Public Sector, Charities and Real Estate, and speaking with customers in a variety of roles and levels of seniority, so your communication approach will need to be agile and adaptable. While you will be based from the London office 3 days per week, your remit will be National and your clients will be based all across the UK.
Requirements: To be considered for the Senior Business Development Manager role you must have:
· Have a minimum of 4 years experience in a subscription based sales environment with the ability to talk confidently through a structured sales process.
· Sold to senior level decision makers including C-Suite individuals, and have sold through multi-decision maker sales processes.
· Ability to demonstrate a proven track record within a target driven environment.
· Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills with a confident personality.
· Individuals who can demonstrate being a high achiever in other area's of life - school, sports etc... is also a real plus point.
· People with backgrounds in recruitment, data insights or selling into the public sector have been very successful in this role.
The Package for the Senior Business Development Manager
· Basic salary circa £60-70'000 dependent on experience
