Senior Business Development Manager

The Role: An exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business, build strategic partnerships, and expand market presence within advisory services, covering tax, legal & governance, payroll, and international expansion. This is a consultative, high-level sales role requiring strong business development skills and a strategic approach to revenue growth.

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, engaging with prospects, and managing key client relationships to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Requirements: To be considered for the Senior Business Development Manager role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a strong focus on new business acquisition in a corporate services company.
    * Proven success in cold calling, lead generation, and converting leads into business opportunities.
    * The ability to quickly identify potential clients and develop meaningful, lasting relationships.
    * An understanding of tax, payroll, HR, or accounting solutions is preferable but not essential.

The Package for Senior Business Development Manager:
* £70,000 - £90,000 basic salary
* OTE £115,000 - £150,000
