We're partnered with a growing BMS and energy management service provider based in London. Their services are utilised in the design, supplying and installation of BMS solutions. They assist data centres, commercial office spaces, high-end residential properties, newly constructed buildings as just part of their project work. They pride themselves on their speed, efficiency, and quality.
About the Role: Senior BMS Engineer
Joining their London-based team, you'll take on the role of Senior BMS Engineer. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you'll be responsible for taking lead on BMS Projects and training up junior members of the team where deemed necessary.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct PPM Services (Planned preventative maintenance) for BMS Projects
· Conduct the maintenance & servicing of managed services
· Conduct commissioning, for aspects of business not under managed services
· Lead a team of circa 1 dozen BMS Engineers, providing assistance and training where necessary.
· Happy to work on-call and overtime where necessary (additional pay will reflect this)
Requirements
· 8 years' experience within BMS industry as an engineer
· Experience working at senior level as a BMS Engineer
· Experience with Trend, Tridium or Schneider products
· Proven communication skills and a desire to lead a team
Package:
· Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (DOE)
· 1.5x pay for overtime, 2x pay for bank holidays
