The Role
As a Business Development Representative, you'll focus on generating new business opportunities for an established EHS & compliance software platform. This is a high-activity, outbound-led role combining inbound leads with proactive prospecting. You'll engage senior stakeholders, book qualified meetings for Account Executives, and build a strong pipeline through calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach.

Requirements
* 1+ year in B2B sales, lead generation, or outbound roles
* Confident making cold calls and engaging new prospects
* Strong communication and rapport-building skills
* Resilient, target-driven, and commercially aware
* SaaS or tech sales experience helpful but not essential
The Package
* £42,000 basic salary
* £67,000 OTE (uncapped)
* Monthly commission + incentives
