THE ROLE:

Covering their well established and lucrative Scotland region and with plenty of new business still to go at, this field-based role involves selling to Sterile Services, Consultants, EBME, Theatre Managers, and Procurement. You'll represent a leading range of surgical instruments and sterile capital equipment. This is a mix of account management and business development, supported by strong brand recognition and internal referrals. The sale is value-driven, not transactional - ideal for someone who thrives in clinical, consultative, stakeholder-led environments.

THE PRODUCTS:

General surgical instruments and sterile technology services - a mix of capital equipment and consumables.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

We're looking for candidates with a proven track record of hospital sales, ideally in a surgical setting. You'll be commercially astute, strategic, and solutions-focused.

We will also consider candidates from related medical/healthcare sectors - including wound care, pharma, dental, or clinical/theatre specialists looking to break into medical sales.

THE PACKAGE - Sales Specialist:

  • Basic Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (DOE)
  • Commission: £24,000 - £35,000+ uncapped
  • Company Car: Fully expensed - no allowance option
  • Benefits: Private healthcare, pension, lunch allowance,
  • Holidays: 27 days + bank holidays
