THE ROLE: Every NHS hospital in the UK is a customer of this supplier. With barriers of framework agreements removed, your role will be to maximise the growth of accounts and develop new business opportunities across the trust. You will sell a range of rapid point of care testing products to various hospital departments including A+E, intensive care, and pathology labs as well as buyers, dealing with stakeholders such as POC co-ordinators, consultant surgeons, and procurement managers. This role covers the North of the UK with 10% of your time in Scotland so ability to travel is essential.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Hospital sales experience
  • A degree in a healthcare, scientific or business field of study
  • The tenacity and resilience to succeed in a new business-heavy role
  • Experience of handling complex sales processes / health economics with the NHS
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points

Benefits of this Sales Specialist role

  • Basic: £50,000 - £55,000
  • Bonus / OTE: 30% of base (uncapped)
