The role: As Sales Specialist, the successful candidate will be selling the company's full portfolio of medical devices, equipment, consumables, service contracts and IT connectivity, on a consultative / solutions basis. A healthy mix of account management and new business, managing, winning and developing key clinical and procurement relationships. Full product and company training will be offered.
The company: Long-established and a leading international manufacturer of medical devices, equipment and consumables used in a range of departments and the contact level for this division is varied, including critical care, theatre, anaesthesia, neonatal, IT, EBME, A&E and procurement. They have a great new product pipeline, invest heavily in R+D and consistently win industry awards for product innovation. Providing full product training, a structured induction and ongoing development, a rare and exciting opportunity currently exists for a driven, strategic, consultative and credible medical sales professional to manage and further develop their business within Merseyside, Cheshire and North Wales.
The culture: You will work in a very supportive and collaborative atmosphere with interaction across various internal departments including sales, clinical trainers, marketing and customer services.
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Successful track record in secondary care medical devices sales
- A tenacious, motivated, and ambitious mindset
- Experience of dealing with multi-level stakeholders within hospitals and trusts
- Target and career driven
- Full driving licence with no more than 6 points
Package:
- £45-53k basic
- £25k bonus
