THE COMPANY: Our client is a leading Irish manufacturer and publisher of educational resources, with over 100 years' experience supplying schools nationwide. Their product portfolio includes a wide range of print, digital, and e-learning tools used across primary and post-primary education. With continued growth in the Irish market, they are now looking to recruit two Field Sales Representatives to cover the Midlands and South Leinster.
THE ROLE: In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and developing the company's educational resources across your defined territory. Your customers will include primary and post-primary schools, teachers, and booksellers. You will conduct both in-person and virtual meetings, presenting and demonstrating the product portfolio, supporting schools in choosing the right resources for their classrooms, and building long-term partnerships. This is a field-based role, with autonomy to manage your own diary and territory.
THE PERSON:
We are looking to speak with candidates who meet the following criteria:
- B2B Field Sales Experience
- Current teachers or ex-teachers looking to transition into sales will also be considered
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Consultative, personable, and confident building relationships with educators
- Commercially aware, ambitious, and motivated to succeed in a sales role
- Full driving licence
THE PACKAGE:
- Basic Salary: €40,000 - €50,000 (DOE)

- €10 per day lunch allowance (unreceipted)

LOCATION: 2 roles available - the successful candidate mist be based in one of the counties listed: South Dublin, Kildare, Kilkenny, Carlow, Laois, Tipperary
