Purpose of the Role of Sales Office Manager - Site Accommodation Hire:

Due to internal move, this office-based role on the Leicestershire / Derbyshire border is to lead a team of experienced Internal Sales Executives, selling construction site welfare accommodation to a wide range of contractors across the UK. Duties will include:

· Ensuring the team hits its targets and KPIs

· Working with the team to improve their efficiency, ensuring they are targeting the right customers within their portfolio of accounts

· Improving quote to order conversion rates and maintaining healthy margins

· Coaching and mentoring to improve the team's sales skills

· Providing strategic input and new ideas to the senior management team

· Recruitment onto the team as and when necessary

· Motivating and inspiring the team to deliver maximum performance

For the position of Sales Office Manager - Site Accommodation Hire, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Must have sales experience within the construction hire sector
  • Structured approach to sales and customer management
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoys working in a team environment
  • Organised and methodical
  • Decent IT skills & must have a driving licence

· £45k - £50k basic salary, £5k OTE uncapped quarterly commission
