Commercial Sales Manager - UK Wide

The Role: As the UK Commercial Sales Manager, your role will focus on driving the specification of natural stone and blended materials for landscaping and paving in both the residential and commercial construction markets. You'll be working closely with main contractors and architects to specify materials, while also targeting sub-contractors and breaking specifications where possible.

Based in Birmingham and the surrounding areas, the Commercial Sales Manager will spend 3 to 4 days per week traveling across the UK. This position is part of a newer division, aimed at expanding the landscaping market by leveraging the company's ethically sourced natural stone - directly from their own quarries - offering a distinct advantage over competitors who rely on agents.

For this Commercial Sales Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

· Proven experience in selling and specifying construction or building materials into main contractors and architects

· Preferably, candidates will have a background in landscaping and paving

· Highly organized and self-reliant, yet a strong team player.

· Enthusiastic about driving new business development.

· Willingness to travel extensively across the UK

· Excellent communication skills.

· Valid, clean driving license.
