Salary; £65,000 to £75,000 basic + 30% quarterly OTE
We are looking for sales team managers commutable to the Bristol area. You will be mentoring a junior team and managing experienced reps. You must have a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, plus medical sales experience. A science degree will be advantageous.

THE COMPANY: An independently owned organisation with a healthy new product pipeline at the forefront of design, innovation, service and quality in this niche market sector. They specialise in the provision of medical training models and simulators for both clinical and educational environments. A rare opportunity exists for a passionate leader and mentor to drive the sales team in the South West and across the UK.
THE JOB: As Sales Manager the successful candidate will have 6 direct reports, a mix of internal and external sales reps. You will work from the office in Bristol 3 days per week, mentoring the junior team. Also responsible managing key accounts and growing key relationships. Your team will be selling to hospitals, universities, medical schools and nursing colleges and liaising at all levels - typically with trainers, tutors, nurses, midwives, junior doctors and purchasing / procurement where appropriate. REQUIREMENTS: Candidates will ideally have experience selling medical devices, consumables or equipment and be consultative in their sales approach, ideally with a training or demonstrative element to the sell. Plus a minimum of 2 years managing a team, ideally within healthcare.
The Package for Sales Manager:
- Basic: £65,000 - 75,000
- Commission: 30%
