THE ROLE: As Sales 'Learning & Development Coach, the successful candidate will have a pivotal role responsible for differentiating the company's approach to sales and client engagement. You will have full autonomy on this role to improve on the selling programme but also to create and implement your own programme to drive performance and solutions at the highest standard. Responsible for developing, implementing, planning, coordinating, and supporting teams with the best learning experiences and ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to develop their career. The role will identify the Sales, Service and Rentals management development requirements that will support continued growth and success in order to deliver Strategy of outcomes as provider. Typical contacts will include internal stakeholders in sales, clinical staff, marketing, production, operations, service and rentals. THE COMPANY: Established for over half a century, providing an extensive range of non-invasive healthcare devices and equipment for medical applications which are sold into a variety of environments including hospitals, community care, social services and loan stores. To continuously adapt and not rest on their laurels as a market leader, they are currently looking to recruit an agile, effective trainer, negotiator personable, with great attention to detail, to help support their approach to sales and client engagement.

REQUIREMENTS: Medical/Healthcare sales experience into the NHS with a training background OR experience. Analytical, organised, negotiation skills and excellent at presenting information/data. Due to engaging with clinical staff it would be an advantage to possess a clinical background as well as sales training experience.

The Package:

  • Basic: £50,000 to £65,000
  • Car: Fully expensed company car or allowance £600
