We're recruiting a Brand Trainer to join a leading tobacco manufacturer in a field-based role across London. This is an excellent entry-level sales opportunity, ideal for career changers or candidates from retail or hospitality who enjoy engaging with people.
You'll visit cash & carry environments, selling directly to retailers before arranging to train their store staff on how to recommend and sell the brand portfolio. The role combines sales, brand advocacy, and in-store training, helping to drive visibility, awareness, and product uptake.
Key responsibilities:
- Selling products to retailers in cash & carry outlets
- Training store staff to confidently sell the brands
- Supporting launches and in-store promotions
- Building relationships with store teams
- Managing your London territory and reporting activity

- Full UK driving licence
