Sales Engineer

THE COMPANY: Established in the 1970s and with a group worldwide sales turnover in excess of €3.5 billion, this market-leading organization now seeks an established Area Sales Manager to cover the Republic of Ireland. Being a major player in the electrical industry, most of their products are specified on the largest commercial projects throughout Ireland.
THE ROLE: As the successful Account Manager, you will be selling electrical solutions to contractors, and back selling via electrical wholesalers. Your product range will focus on controls, home automation, cables, wiring, and power solutions for the commercial markets. This is a field sales role, predominantly covering Leinster, however, the Republic of Ireland will be your responsibility. You will call on-site to electrical contractors to demo your products and offer bespoke solutions, and then back sell via your local electrical merchant.
THE PERSON: Ideally you will have experience selling electrical products to contractors and wholesalers in the industry. You may currently be working for an electrical wholesaler and be looking to work for a leading manufacturer. Experience selling a technical product or solution into the mechanical and electrical contractors in Ireland is key for this role. This is a great opportunity to join a market leader that is looking to further expand its presence in Ireland, with leading technology and product offerings to stay ahead of the competition.
THE PACKAGE:
- Basic Salary: €45,000 - €65,000
- Bonus: €15,000

LOCATION: Carlow, Dublin, Kildare, Kilkenny, Laois, Longford, Louth, Meath, Offaly, Westmeath, Wexford, Wicklow, Clare, Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Tipperary and Waterford.
