Location: Munster (Cork, Kerry, Clare, Limerick, Waterford, Tipperary)
Salary: €50,000 - €70,000 DOE + 10-20% Bonus + Company Car + Pension + Healthcare + 24 Days Leave

They continue to grow their presence across Ireland and now seek a Sales Engineer to join their expanding Irish team.
THE ROLE:
As Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for selling a comprehensive range of electrical and automation solutions across Munster. Your customers will include pharmaceutical and industrial manufacturers, OEMs, electrical contractors, and wholesalers.
This is a strategic, high-value role combining both account management and new business development. You will inherit an established portfolio of clients while actively identifying new opportunities across your territory. Typical contacts include Project Managers, Engineers, Buyers, and Maintenance/Engineering Managers. You'll have full autonomy in managing your area and the support of a market-leading brand with strong technical and marketing backing.
THE PERSON:
We're looking to speak with candidates who have:
- Experience in technical or field sales, ideally within the electrical, automation, or mechanical sectors
- A strong understanding of industrial or manufacturing environments
- Proven success selling to OEMs, electrical contractors, or industrial end users
- A consultative approach with excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- A driven, target-focused attitude and a desire to work for a global manufacturer with clear progression opportunities
THE PACKAGE:
- Basic Salary: €50,000 - €70,000 (DOE)
- Bonus: 10-20%
