Technical Sales Specialist - Capital Equipment
Location: North Leinster & Midlands
Salary: €35,000 - €55,000 base (DOE) + €10K-€16K Commission

The Role:
This is a field-based sales role, covering the North Leinster and Midlands region. You'll be selling a specialist range of capital equipment to existing end users, with a strong focus on account development and growing business within your territory.
You'll work directly with design engineers, maintenance teams, consultants, and procurement departments, managing technical conversations and helping customers identify the right solutions for their site or process.
There's an established customer base in place, but the focus will be on upselling, cross-selling, and uncovering new opportunities within existing accounts.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in technical sales is highly desirable
We'll also consider mechanical/electrical engineering graduates with strong communication skills looking to move into technical field sales
Background selling to industrial or manufacturing clients is ideal
You'll need to be commercially minded, organised, and confident speaking with technical stakeholders
Must be based within the North Leinster or Midlands region and a full drivers licence is essential.
The Package:
Base Salary: €35,000-€40,000 (graduates), €45,000-€55,000 (experienced sales)
Commission: €10,000-€12,000 OTE
