Location: Hybrid (Access needed to London office)

Salary: £80,000 - £95,000 + Bonus

- Remote first working with access to a London office required

- Full ownership of the sales enablement process in-house

The Role: This is an exciting opportunity to run and grow the sales enablement function of this market leading organisation. Sitting as part of the wider revenue operations and data analytics function, you will be responsible for driving and promoting high performance in the NB and AM sales teams.

The primary focus of this role is use the companies extensive tech stack to create work-flows and train the sales teams on how to utilise them effectively.

You will use cutting edge sales enablement tools like Gong, Salesloft, Totango and Zoominfo. Our client's goal is that you will design and run sales training sessions that will help their teams to work more effectively and efficiently.

Whilst you will be in a remote first working environment, the leadership team see this is a role best conducted by someone who can be face to face with teams in the UK, Europe and N.America.

Data analytics is not a crucial part of this role, but previous experience in this area would be advantageous. As would a previous background in b2b sales. Over the long term you will have an opportunity to expand the SE function beneath you

As Sales Enablement Lead your responsibilities will include:

  • Using technology to identify training and development opportunities
  • Designing and facilitating development plans and training sessions
  • Reporting to the Global VP of Revenue Operations
  • Monitoring sales effectiveness and advising on process improvement.

For this role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • 4 + Years of sales/revenue operations experience
  • Ideally exposure to a data or SaaS product
  • Experience of running training sessions for sales teams
  • Experience in Salesloft, Zoominfo, Sales Nav ideal
