Sales Development Representative - Medical Equipment

THE ROLE: Our client is a market leading manufacturer of resuscitation and medical equipment. They are seeking a driven, energetic, and focused junior candidates to join their Runcorn office as a Sales Development Representative. Your role will be phone and Teams based and will involve reacting and distribution of incoming leads to the field sales team and the current customer network they have, as well as looking to identify new distributor partners. Typical daily contact with your customer base will involve liaising with regional and local distributors, owners of business, sales teams and the wider company sales team.
Once settled in role, there is the option to work 2 days per week from home.
THE PERSON: Our client is looking for a driven, bright, and coachable candidates with a desire to break into a sales career. Raw graduates would be considered if they have demonstrated skills in their work experience. Non graduates who have 6-12 months in a phone based selling position would be very desirable. Full training will be provided so experience in this industry is not essential. You will need to be target focused, enthusiastic, motivated, and forward thinking to succeed in this role. Candidates with experience of working to daily or weekly targets or making cold calls or reacting to customer enquiries will do very well here.

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE:
- Graduate with some customer focused work experience OR
- A non-graduate who has worked in internal sales or recruitment before
- Drive to work in sales and happy working to daily targets.
- Daily access to Runcorn and able to drive
- Desire to have a career and get noticed, either in the office or out in the field team
- Team player and results driven salesperson wanting step up in their career.
THE PACKAGE FOR SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE:
- Basic: £27,000 - £33,000
- OTE: £4,000
- Hybrid - 3 days in office and 2 days at home
- Benefits: Pension, 25 days holiday + stats, full company benefits.
