Sales Development Representative - National Remit
Hybrid working. X3 days in their Manchester office and x2 @ home
The Role: This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, ambitious, competitive Sales Development Representative to join an exciting and growing fintech business, who are seeking a salesperson with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, to join their thriving team based in the heart of Manchester. Targeting a range of business sectors and sizes across the UK, this role will offer huge amounts of variety, reaching out to potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social channels to deliver and spark interest in the company's value proposition SAAS solution to automate and streamline payroll, payments, and direct debits. You will identify & make contact with key decision makers, such as Chief Financial Officer's, Finance Director's, and Chief Executive Officer's, so the confidence and ability to communicate at a senior level is crucial. You will work collaboratively with Senior SDR's and Account Executives, attending initial meetings and quote presentations. Once the client has been brought on board they will move over to the Account Management team, giving you the ability to be fully focussed on seeking out further potential clients for the business. This role offers a fantastic hybrid working model based from home 2 days a week, and the Manchester office with your team 3 days per week where you can enjoy free breakfast and lunch, giving you the best of both worlds.
Requirements: To be considered for the Sales Development Representative role you must:
· Have 12 months plus B2B sales experience.
· Have experience selling a SaaS / Tech solution would be highly advantageous.
· Have a visionary mindset, always seeking opportunities to innovate and expand.
· Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Be highly target driven, motivated, commercially astute, competitive, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently.
· The ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The Package:
· Basic salary circa £25-30'000 + uncapped bonus scheme (£13k Y1, realistic OTE)
