The Role: We are excited to be recruiting a Sales Development Representative for this internationally renowned, supply chain technology provider. The role is a key position within the commercial new business function. The company are looking for someone who can use experience of sales or business development to research, prospect to and generate appointments with D and C- Level decision makers at corporate businesses. As you open business opportunities you will be discussing business-critical issues with your target prospects that affect PR, Investor relations, marketing, sales, and operations. As such, you will build skills and ability to investigate and consult on vital topics that will be invaluable in your future sales career. The coming years are going to be a very busy time as this organisation look to grow and this person will play a key role in a team that will be at the heart of their expansion. The role will be split between home and their new City office.

For almost 20 years they have built relationships with everyone from Farmers to global CEO’s of the world’s most complex organisations. Advising those clients on environmental and ethical best practice has enabled them to build trust and credibility. They are now entering an exciting stage of their growth and development as they integrate a digital business intelligence tool to their product offering for the first time. This platform will enable their largest clients to access information and intelligence about these key business issues. The organisation has ambitious growth plans and will seek to take revenue from its current level to over 300% of that figure over the next 5 years.

As Sales Development Representative your responsibilities will include:

· Create and deliver sales plans in conjunction with BDMs

· Build and engage with prospecting lists across a variety of different mediums including

· Outbound calls/ social media/ email and virtual meetings to prospects to qualify them and set up discovery meetings for the BD team

For this role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

· 1+ year of b2b, outbound sales experience in any sector

· Ambition, motivation, and hunger to be successful

· Ability, and willingness to learn and take on feedback.
