The Role: Off the back of a recent multi-million-pound investment, our client is recruiting for a new Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their expanding team in London. The incoming SDR will be responsible for generating new business appointments for an existing team of BDMs. The SDR will be solely focused on converting warm, inbound leads and revitalising relationships with previous prospects. Yes, you read that right…there is no cold calling required for this SDR role.
This role will be perfectly suited to a proactive individual with 6 months+ B2B sales experience, who is looking to take the next step in their sales career within a fast-paced, start-up environment. You will be speaking with senior decision makers within the Real Estate and Property market who have enquired about the product offering, with a view to qualifying and nurturing any inbound leads, setting up platform demos with a senior member of the sales team, and assisting to close new business opportunities.
The role will be split between home and their office in Central London (Farringdon).
The Company: A London-based start-up who provide a data and information platform for the property sector. Their platform is used by Property Developers, Land Agents and Architects to help source and identify suitable land for upcoming property development projects.
Founded in 2020, our client is a disruptor to the Real Estate data market who pride themselves on creating a user-friendly platform and building long-lasting client partnerships. Off the back of strong new business acquisitions in their first 2 years, alongside a recent investment, our client is now looking to scale the sales team in line with their commercial aspirations for 2023.
As Sales Development Representative your responsibilities will include:
Qualifying warm, inbound leads and engaging with existing prospects to set up discovery meetings for the BDM team
Using tools such as Hubspot and Sales Navigator to run lead nurturing campaigns
Attending industry events and assisting the sales team to close new business opportunities
For this role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
6 months to 1 year of B2B sales experience in any sector - experience in a tech or data sales environment is ideal
Experience or interest in the property/real estate market
Confident, hungry, and proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset
